AM - 13.35 Lower Grapevine to Highland w/ James - tried to push the hill to make up for missing Meat Grinders last night (family finally got back into town!). Then XC Dogpound and 5 barefoot grass striders. Was pretty spent. Probably a good thing that I didn't hit hills last night. Hopefully I will get my legs back a little through the week. (Landreth 300.55)

afternoon - 6.5 DinoTracks.  Nice and warm out.  I think I am adjusting to these crazy afternoon runs.  (Cumulus silver 544.65)

Pool Running - 20 min (1off/1on)

Hey coach! Everything is going well, I miss coming to Pine View though, it's really weird, but I'm sure it will get better. How's everything there? Good job today!

Whats the plan for Thursday? I am trying to be very consistant with my runs. 15 per day, 1 day a 16 in the morning, 1 day 18-20 in the morning. The other days are 2 a days.

Ken, we will be doing the usual 7 or 10 from the store at 8 pm. See you there if you can.

Kenz, Glad stuff is going well - keep it up.
