AM - 5 Washington Loop. Same old - a little bit cooler than yesterday. (Cumulus orange 444.45)

afternoon - 8.4 Foremaster.  Ran with the distance crew again at a nice easy pace.  Trying to show the kids how to go hard and recover by example!  I extended up and around the DI Loop and stopped at Sandstone to do 4x100 barefoot grass striders and 1 1/2 laps that came back as a mile barefoot.  (Cumulus silver 389.15)

I saw you guys out running last night, when I was doing driver's education, we were heading in the other direction so I saved your kids from getting hit.
