AM - 8 Middleton. Somehow made it through this run. Man, it was slow. Creeky and tired this morning. (Landreth 102.5)

evening - 5 Treadmill @1%. Started off with 7:30 for 2 miles and then 6:58 for 3. Felt a little less worn than this morning. Hadn't been on the treadmill in awhile, but it was good. (Stratus 395.65)

Don't worry about it your still in recovery mode, and plus you did a hard workout yesterday. I haven't done any speed work yet, and Ogden's coming up. What's your next goal race?

You slow me down, ya right.... I have a problem with my mind thinking about racing and my legs start responding to what I'm thinking. Good to see you getting healthy again. Be smart. We need several of us to finish high at St. George this year. I am excited for Oct. to get here.

We are finally in the house so any day you want to do a slow run (which will be fast for me) im game. But only if you have some nice golden shorts to wear.

See you in the morning?

Dave,

Dixie Dashers ages range from 8-15 this year. It is open to 8-18 years. We only have a month left this year, but I'd love to work with you on building your program. We started in March and will end on May 22 this year. Maybe we could do some special advertising with the age group you would like to have involved. Let me know what you have in mind.

Ken
