AM - 9 DI/2xAC and some laps.  Legs were pretty flat.  Breakfast after was pretty solid.  (Landreth black140.3)

afternoon - 4 barefoot on baseball field.  Although it might sound tedious to just run laps on the field, it is actually pretty nice and goes by fast.  I really wish there was a large grass park around that I could just run for miles on barefoot.

No chance we can talk Ally in to camping?

I REALLY doubt it!

Thanks for the input Dave. I will have to think about it some more.

The race this weekend should be fun. I wish you guys were coming up. What are you doing for next week racing? We had planned on Swiss Days, but I havent been able to get a hold of anyone to ask about a team rate.

Dave, whats the current body fat? Negative 2. You are becoming a freak! Have a good run this weekend.

I actually just took it on the scale that the wrestlers use and the weight is at 144 (something that I can't even comprehend the last time I was at - high school around 155, college 160, early marriage 165-170) and body fat at 3.7% - pretty nice!
