morning - 4 Grass.  Just ran 3 at practice over on the grass (3.5 with warm up) and then with some of the kids groups on our first day of Summer Running Club - very big turnout, bigger than last year.  (Barefoot '11 70.5)(Five Fingers 458.6)

evening - 10 Club.  The usual loop.  Nice to run with the crew again.  Temps seemed a little warm, but they were actually really nice - I just haven't run in the afternoons lately.  (Altra 157.75)

I hear ya on the need to get used to warm temps again. 70-75 degrees feels like an oven lately after this past winter, so I feel kind of pansy-ish.

When it comes to the heat, you Logan guys are... but I can't mention anything about winters!

By the way, one of my runners - Corey Kimzey - is coming up to run at USU this fall, so you guys will have to hook up and get some runs in. He is a great guy.
