AM - 12 Fields w/ James and then XC to Sienna Hills and ran 1 mile barefoot on grass.  Still not running very well at all.  (Cumulus blue 341.3)

afternoon - 6 Upper Grapevine.  This was one of the slowest, tiredest, crappiest runs I have ever had.  I didn't want to put the time, but then as I used the stick, I read my log from last year at this time.  In doing so, I realized that I have had similar struggles - so I guess I'll put my time so I can read back on it and learn (and laugh).  It took over 55 minutes for 6 miles.  2 miles at 10:00 and 4 over 8:00.  Oh well, move on.  (Stratus red 479.35)

Coach my mission farewell is August 10th at 11, at the Cotton Acres building (it's the one down the street from the stake center on 2450 east, turn onto 350 N.) If you can come I'd love to have you there.

Coach, Sorry I didn't tell you I was leaving. I'm up in Salt Lake for awhile. I wont be back anytime this week. So maybe sometime the next?! Sorry about missing practices but I'm still running. So...I'll try and follow the workouts you have posted? Or what do you want me to be running?

Dave, thanks for the hello. Nothing wrong with tose 10 min miles. Your just smelling the roses. Good to see you logging the heavy miles.
