afternoon - 5 Shoe Run. Felt decent. Kept the pace easy and the crew was fine with it - they’ve been working hard; hopefully they’ll all see some pay off. Side note: coaching track is often a journey of frustration. I don’t know that I would be too sad if someone wanted to take over the head coaching responsibilities. (Ravenna 446.5)
