AM - 2 AC.  Ran just over a mile out with the girls and then back with Julien.  The hammy was weak and didn't feel great.  But it was great to move a little.  Abs after and then a bunch of time rolling and icing.  I think I'll do about the same each day this week... very easy.  (Boston 61.5)

AM - 2 Twix.  Ran with Twix for about 15 minutes and then did abs and rolled.  Felt pretty much the same as yesterday.  (Peg green 33.75)

AM - 2 Twix.  Another short run with the dog.  Hammy isn't in as much pain, but it is not time to push anything yet.  Then abs and yoga.  My wrist still geratly limits parts of yoga (like lifting) - crazy because it has been 2 1/2 months; you'd think that it would be healed up by now, but it still can't hold any weight or pressure in a flexed position.  (Boston 63.5)

morning - 2 DM. Walked up to the Dirt Mile and then ran 2 laps with Twix and walked the long way back. (Peg green 37.75)

Some progress this week. At least I ran. 

Goals for next week: 3 miles a day and keep up with all the rolling and such that has helped the leg.
