AM - 6 2xAC.  The usual morning run.  Actually a little warm out with some cloud cover.  (Five Fingers 408.1)

afternoon - 8.5 Shinob Kibe Roller Coaster.  Nice run today; haven't hit that trail in awhile.  Finished with 8xbarefoot striders.  (Stratus grey 600.35)(Barefoot '10 123.25)

AM - 6 2xAC.  A bit chilly out this morning.  (Five Fingers 414.1)

afternoon - 11 Michigan.  Tried out a 3 set Michigan with the boys today.  All I can say is that has been a little while since I have run a tough workout - and it was tough on me.  I'll come back and post times if I remember.  (old Ohana -11)

AM - 8.5 PVHS/AC/Home.  Jeep is broken down, so a little more running and planning involved in the day.  Ran to practice, practice, and back home.  First pretty cold morning.  (Five Fingers 422.6)

afternoon - 9.75 Green Springs/Home.  Green Springs 6 for practice followed by 8xbarefoot striders.  Then 2 set lifting (was careful not to aggravate the hammy again) and the first half of plyos (as to not get the team too sore).  Finished with a run home.  (Barefoot '10 124.25)(Stratus black 706.95)

AM - 8.75 PVHS/2xAC.  Ran over to practice and then the usual Arctic Circle two times.  Glad I wasn't sore from yesterday, just a little tired from the mileage this week and workout on Tuesday.  (Triumph 630)

afternoon - 7.25 2xDI/Home.  DI warm up and cools sandwiched around a killer workout for my team (both boys and girls - the boys are primed to nail Nike!) and then home.  (Five Fingers 429.85)

AM - 8.75 PV/2xDI.  Dressed for the cool and it wasn't too bad.  Legs are a little tired but responding well to the week.  (Landreth black 930.35)

Side note - they rejected my blood last night.  I've got dry skin on my elbow pits (what would you call that place?) from running, I've always had it.  But they said they couldn't sterilize it... So, I don't have to feel bad about not donating blood since it never goes away.

afternoon - 9 Parkway. Pretty tired on the run and we all took it easy. Finished with weights and plyos. (Kinvara 195.25)

AM - 20 Kayenta.  Ran with Clyde and Logan out through Kayenta and up toward Gunlock.  I was pretty tired and was happy just to make it through the run.  So much for that pesky 10% rule this week.  (Boston 329.5)

Got some good mileage this week, but had a setback when my hip "popped" on Saturday's run.  It hurt all the way through the weekend.

Goals for next week:  Parent Teachers this week and the team races on Saturday, so the mileage this week will be whatever.  Try to get my hip improving again.
