AM - 11 Mall/2xAC.  Pretty tired and felt pretty junky this morning.  Hopefully I can get my legs back at some point in time.  (Stratus grey 568.85)

afternoon - 6.5 Someplace.  Don't know what to call this run.  Dropped water off at the car wash for the kids and then ran up Mall Dr. to meet up with the level 1's.  Ran with them back to the water and continued on to meet up with the level 3's on the trail and added a few with them.  Felt better than this morning, and the 105 degree heat wasn't as bad as last week.  Ended with weights and plyos which felt pretty good actually.  (Free 312.45)
