AM - 13 Clyde's Loop2.  Hit our Tempo Tuesday for 7 miles of Marathon Pace.  Logan was ripping it up today and Clyde and I really pushed each other.  Although I didn't feel great, the pace was solid and hit a 5:32 average.  (Ohana racers 349.75)

afternoon - 4 DIx2.  Just an easy afternoon of warm up and cool down with the team surrounding their workout of some masterful 1000's - top three had 8 at 2:50 with 2 min. rest!  Next three were 3:05 - very impressive stuff.  Ended the day with a nice ice bath.  (Landreth black 912.6)

Good job on the tempo yesterday. Also good job to the guys with those smokin' fast 1000's. We're really hoping they pull it all together this year and run like they can. Hopefully it will start this weekend up at SUU.
