AM - 3 AC.  Chilly run this morning as I was met with a little snow on the car.  (Five Fingers 152.35)

afternoon - 11 Old Man Hills.  4sets 2x200 + 1x800.  A tough workout.  The 200's are quick and hard to really speed on.  Then the 800's are a long way and really get your lungs burning and legs rubbery.  Molly's Mile.  (Triumph 433.25)

From my run I could see the snow line over there. The Broken Mesa was covered for the first time this year. It looked like it got right down to about the freeway. I think thats the first snow in town all year?

It started for just a few minutes Sunday morning. And I thought back to Pres. Day weekend when it was almost 70!
