AM - 3 AC.  Usual Arctic Circle run.  Hip acted like it wanted to hurt, but then didn't bug at all.  (Five Fingers 176.85)

afternoon - 13 River Trail - 40 min. Tempo.  Ran a 2 mile warm/cool down to the trail and did a 40 min. tempo.  Hit just under 7 miles, around 5:44-5:52 for each mile split.  These boys are pretty good workout partners because I would have fallen off without them.  That is a tough workout for anyone especially a high school kid.  Ended with 4x200's, weights, and Molly's Mile.  (Triumph silver 221.65)

How come no body asked me? This weekend would have been so perfect for me - family is out of town, I've been running fairly solid. So if someone drops let me know.

Bill picked the team. I told him to ask you a week ago. I guess he didnt. Sounds like Dustin might not do it. Come take his place. Jason Holt is coming down with a team. It would be fun to race him.

Yeah I though Bill had asked you and that you had declined due to other obligations. If your going to be here join us at the store at 6:30. You could pace me on my legs? Legs 5 and 10. Could be a good little workout. 6 miles then a two hour break then another 4.6 or so. Sounds like a great workout. So we'll see you there? Good. And if Steven shows but "is having issues" you can run his legs. So maybe you should just plan on doing his legs.
