AM - 9.15 Green Springs and 10xFireStations Hills. I am so tired I may not make it through the day. I really didn't have to get up crazy early a whole lot this summer, so these 4:45'ers may destroy me. I was asleep on my hills and they weren't that great. (Cumulus orange 308.4)

afternoon - 5.4 Mall run from PVHS reverse.  Went up a new paved trail between the mall and Foremaster, a nice trail but it just ends - so it is kind of pointless.  Felt a little fatigued/dehydrated from yesterday afternoon's run.  I've been trying to get on top of it all day. (Cumulus 449.1)

Peak mileage time of the year with the real early wake up call is killer. We must be nuts for willingly waking up before 5 am.

Good workout Dave. Hang in there. You'll get use to the alarm clock.

Happy first day of school! It's crazy you are already starting back up again. Here's to hoping you don't have Goold in one of your classes! ;)

I ran that trail one day and I was like "hey this is a nice little trail"... then blank. I had to go hiking to get back over to the road.

I keep putting the State XC course in - when I put it in, it tells me it's 3.1 miles, then when I go to analyze it, it tells me it's 3.9 miles and goes all crazy. I don't know what's up with it.

Short notice, but do you have interest in running the Hood to Coast next weekend? I have a friend looking for a 30+ male and female for his team.
