AM - 10.5 morning practice. AC,2450 extended, GS. Not really tight and sore, I guess just worn out. My joints really ached this morning and kept me slow. (Stratus red 291)

afternoon - 4 Mosquito Trail to Dead Car and back with the boys and Ruth. I must apologize to Ruthie for having to run with the boys, but it makes life more interesting I am sure. Made Austin lay down (forcefully) in a ditch and that was worth it! (Cumulus silver 464.65)

Good job this morning. You are so good to get up so early!

So I think we should complain about being in 3A...we would have fared better in 4A in almost everything I looked at. Our 4x4 would have made it and our Medley would be sitting 4th.

Good job Dave. Be Consistant consistant, consistant. Keep Ruth focused and heading for the win. I had a girl several years ago, Ida Everett, who pr'd at state in the mile, by more than 8 seconds. She went from 6th to 2nd in the last 250m.

Coach, good luck at BYU, a good friend of mine next door runs for Murray High school and will be running the 1600 and 3200. You will always be the coach, the kids may catch you some day, coach's wisdom cannot be caught.
