AM 14.5 Hell's Hole/Dirt Mile. Ran a bit down in Hell's Hole this morning. Checked ou the progress on the new trail - it is coming along very well; it is all ready to be paved and will be awesome, but then the two sides just don't connect. They are still about 200 meters from actually finishing it, and no work has been done on that part. Then got up to practice and we ran 40 minutes with 10 at steady-state pace (basically the idea of Tinman Tempo). A good enough morning that I won't do an afternoon.
