AM - 11.10 Highland Lower Grapevine w/ James and then XC went out the same way, I just went 3 with the middle group. (Landreth 258.3)

Pool Running - 20 mins (1off/1on)

PM - 10.2 Club Run.  Nice to keep it fairly easy.  Hopefully I start to feel a little quicker here next week.  (Stratus red 424.7)

Also, great job on the relay and thanks for the ride up to Logan. I'll have to get you some money or a frazil someday after a long run to make up for the gas.

I think playing some trivia pursuit and watching those crazy wipeouts on that T.V. program really got us all pumped up for the relay. I'm sure you guys had some better music than our Van. I got quite the cultural experience listening to some of Chad's music

Dave,

My parent's address is 3088 Windmill Drive in Santa Clara. Drive on Sunset heading towards Gunlock. Turn right at the light at the Sinclair gas station and follow that road up into Santa Clara Heights. (Chevron is on the left and Sinclair is on the right.) Follow that road which is a little curvy and go all the way to the 4-way stop sign. Turn right at the stop sign and go 3 streets down. Take the 3rd street on the left (Windmill). Their house is on the right side of the road. Look for a maroon Subaru wagon and our gold Hyundai Elantra with all of the stickers on it. If you have questions, call me = 801-391-7859.
