AM - 11 Virgin Rim Trail. Awesome run with some of the Renegades up on Cedar Mt. Checked out the new location for camp and then hit the trail. It was nice and cool getting started. Tough running from the bottom up to the lake was tough, and the boys were on fire today and killed the trail, leaving me in the dust. Felt good and really had fun.  Happy Independence Day!  (Sense 36.25)
