0 - need a vacation from the vacation. Just absolutely wiped from all the craziness of the Happiest Place on Earth. And having to drive home today made me have enough reasons to sleep in and not even feel guilty.

So a bad week for running. But, it is over and now to get back to normal.

Goals for next week: like I said, back to normal. Would love to get rid of this Achilles problem once and for all.

Hey you rarely take a day off, so hope it felt good. We are doing the whole So. Cal thing for Spring Break next year.

When I went to Disney World last year I got up early to run every morning before walking all day at the park. By the end of the trip I could barely manage 6 miles at 8:00 pace. That walking and standing just wipes you out. I don't blame you for the days off.
