AM - 12.3 Just the Parkway w/ James since I had to get to XC over in Bloomington Hills. So then XC we ran a 7 down the trail into Bloomington and made a loop up Sugar Leo and under the freeway. The kids (boys V and top JV and Ashley) are all doing very well. I am super excited for them and the team. (Cumulus blue 315.2)

afternoon - 5.25 Tortoise Fence.  Not as hot out today.  If I wasn't so spent, it would have been enjoyable to do a nice 10 out.  (Cumulus red 589.85)

I am excited for them too! I totally miss XC. Make the team write me letters during the season.

Your team IS doing really well, especially compared to the usual offering from pine view...you're doing a great job...I just want to know how you and cedar get your guys to come out and run like that...I'm having a heck of a time :P of course I don't have any authority in the matter either but ya. Good luck to them and you in the upcoming season.

Good JOb this week coach holt. You actually seem to have cut back on the miles like you planned. I hope you have a great weekend. See you monday morning.
