AM - 20 Bloomington Trailsx2.  A pretty good run except for the last 3 or so.  Was very humid out this morning and I about lost every ounce of water in my body.  By the end, my right quad was just gone (tired, tight, low on fuel), and it cramped up pretty solid on me.  I was a little worried it was going to blow, so I eased it in pretty casual like.  (Landreth 320.55)

Solid week mileage wise.  But the body is tired.  I am happy for a break next week and excited for Bryce.

Goals for next week:  Very important - mileage can't be over 90 including the race.  Enjoy the taper and recovery of the week.  Stick with race plan and be mentally tough throughout.

Good luck at Bryce, Dave. I heard about the big prize money. Go get some!

Chad, I assume you mean prize money! Thanks, I'll need it going up against the big dogs!

Yes, the prize money!

Dave, thanks for the encouragement. I am looking for a great time from you at Bryce. I'll be timing. I will probably run the 5k. Todays run helped with my confidence a little. The miles seem to be paying off. I need to bring the ave per mile down a bit in a few spots.

Thanks for the comments coach! They really help! I'll try running farther this next week. 5's maybe? or what should I be running? And sorry I missed that practice out in Bloomington, I was really bummed out! Where was it at anyway?
