Good job hammering out the treadmill. I'll have to hit it this afternoon because the heat just sounds undoable today.

I'm going to practice next week! But I am running so I am in shape! :)

20 miles on the TM!!! that is brutal!

From Hayden on Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 16:13:57

to many miles for me on the tread. You are crazy. Good job.

From Predog on Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 17:02:31

20 miles...on a treadmill?? ouch! I get bored after like 400 M. They need to hook you up to the city power grid so that they can deal with the summertime load if you're gonna do that again. haha.

From dave holt on Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 18:21:21

I need less than 4 miles for 500 for the month. I thought about breaking the circle of trust and just doing it, but the thought of more treadmill is just too daunting.

Just one more run on it.

From Superfly on Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 18:32:15

Wow I didn't realize what has happened this month. I'll only be 10 away once I get in my afternoon run. But I'm not doing any more either. 496!!! Remember last summer we were always gunning for 400 in a month. If we wouldn't have jumped into the circle of trust we both would have been over 500 this month I'm sure.

I know, it's nuts! Last summer I ended up with 3 months at just this same level, but 100 less - trying to get 400. Now... Of course the treadmill is daunting, BUT the real reason I don't go grab those 4 miles IS "THE CIRCLE OF TRUST"!

Clyde, I remember you saying you won't be around for Saturday... Is that still the case?

From Logan on Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 23:45:29

What are we planning on for Saturday?

From Kareena on Fri, Aug 01, 2008 at 00:28:34

Coach holt do you know any good 8 milers from the high school. suggestions for my saturday run?

From Superfly on Fri, Aug 01, 2008 at 10:12:36

Yes I'm gone this weekend. I'd rather stay and miss youth conference...
