AM - 15 Little Valley. After dropping off Ally for her run, I ran around Little Valley for a bit trying to find the right kind of hill for our workout today. When the team showed up, we hit 3x30 second 7x1min. I felt a little stronger than the last few runs, but I still have this dang head cold that is plugging me up and messing with me left ear. The whole team looked really strong though. Ended with some grass miles at the park and then one more with the girls when I got home. (Barefoot '12 79)(F50 275)

So, today I was driving by your neighborhood(ish) and I saw your jeep driving toward me.. I had a momentary bout of awkwardness where I didn't know whether to make eye contact or not. Then.. surprise! It wasn't your jeep. It was some old man. Moment of panic over. End of story.
