AM - 12 Mall run then 2xAC and some laps in between.  Not a bad morning run especially after the crap sleep I got last night - every position in tried to sleep in somehow hit a bruise from yesterday's fall.  But this morning it didn't bug me too much.  (Landreth 458.35)

afternoon - 7 River Trail and back and a couple loops to hit the 7.  Enjoyed running with a fun group today.  (Stratus red 529.9)

But did you want to cut off your arms?

Sorry to hear about the big spill yesterday, glad to hear you are feeling better. I don't know if I could even go fast enough to take a spill like the one you described....plus I have plenty of padding to land on.

Your a tough dude. Nice run and miles this week so far. I trying to hit the same amount of mileage as Clyde, Logan, and you are doing this week. Then slowly decrease miles for next three weeks.

is that why you slept on the couch? I thought you were mad at me. You could have folded some laundry if you couldn't sleep well!

From Dustin on Thu, Sep 11, 2008 at 12:06:40

I've been going between the couch and the bed for some time now. It seems about 1 in the morning I always get hungry and can't sleep, then I go out to the couch, and usually sleep there for a few hours, then back to the bed for a few more hours. My hip and lower back really bother me when I'm laying down.

Our old couch was very comfortable to sleep on, but this one (which is great for sitting and napping) doesn't make quite as nice of a bed!

Kory, good luck with the mileage. Although it is less than I did earlier in the summer, the harder workouts have really taken a toll on me the past month. So, like you, I am really looking forward to TAPER!

Thanks for the comment coach. The workouts you do are incredibly hard and you're so good at them. Can't wait to watch you all at the St.George Marathon, you'll be amazing!
