AM - 23 SGM Course.  Got a whole 2 hours of sleep in between getting home from Murray and having to wake up to meet up to run.  Although I was drained and just spent for the run it was worth it because the win was big for us and is going to propel us to more important goals.  Large group this morning and the time went by quick.  Didn't think I would have much in me for a tempo toward the end, but I tried.  I was right, not much there.  Did hit Winchester hard and the final 2 miles at race pace.  Other than that, kept most of the last ten between 6:00 and 7:00.  (landreth orange 465.7)

Week wasn't as good as last week, but still accomplished some things and had good mileage.

Goals for next week: mileage will start coming down now (100'ish - not more).  Sharpen up a little as mileage drops.  Parent-Teachers though this week and two big meets keep things very busy.

Good job Dave, especially running on not much sleep. Glad to hear your team did so well. Good luck the next few weeks with everything. You keep inspiring us.

Nice job on 2 hours of sleep. I had 6 hours and still didn't do that great.

Make sure you do it right... taper and be ready to go. I think a little bigger taper than last year would do some good things... not like a lot more but make sure your really fresh.

You've got a lot of reasons to be happy about life right now. The team is awesome, and PT conferences are most awesome.
