Took it pretty easy today as I ran Foremaster from PVHS with Ruth. I will need to give the blisters some time to heal. Didn't bug me too bad though, except on the downhill (then I could feel the skin slipping). One popped on its own Sunday morning, the extra large one on my heel I drained because it was so full I couldn't step on it. Then I wrapped them up with mole skin and tape. Hopefully draining them doesn't come back to cause a problem.

I liked your comment on my sickness. Honestly I was pretty sick last week, I am feeling better this week. Nice job on the race, really wishing I would have signed up sooner for it. Anyway I had some pretty bad blisters over the summer, not fun, hope they heal up soon.

Hey- I am definitely not turning to the dark side! I will always be a sprinter! (Or at least one at heart.) So don't expect me to come run with you guys come track season! You said it yourself, it's more like the strange side when you look at our team!

By the way...Tia called me with the news about Brittney. I guess she won't be back this season!
