AM - 12 DI/2xAC/laps.  Haven't ran with Molly for a few days as I try to figure out a decent schedule to run and still get everything in, so I took her right off the bat this morning and then went over and ran for practice.  Hip felt pretty good again; much better than yesterday afternoon.  Only run today with a meet this afternoon.  (Triumph 215.85)

Hey Holt. I was looking at the results of Bryce Canyon HM on Athlinks.com and noticed the top two were Theo and Shaun Martin. Then I went and reread your report. Do you know them? Are the related? In high school there were some Native American twins that lived in Page. They were a year behind me in school. They pretty much dominated all long distance championships their entire HS careers except their senior year when someone took 2nd place in the mile. I think their names were Tim and Theo Martin. I wonder if Theo is the same guy that ran BC with you.
