AM - 9 on Arctic Circle x 3. Right back up at it this morning. Run, Sleep, Run. That's the formula I guess. Hit Arctic Circle with three different groups of kids this morning. For the most part, they all ditched me and I spent most of the time hitting just under 8:00 pace which is the exact reason I didn't do a hard workout this morning. Although I didn't have one planned, earlier in the week, I thought I might try one. But the ol' body is a little spent. (Cumulus orange 317.4)

PM - 6.2 DinoTracks.  A great evening for running.  The temps were cooler with a little overcast, and the wind was just breezy enough to move out the humidity but not hold you back.  Nice run for running's sake.  (Cumulus 455.3)

Your runs lately have been great as well. You had an awesome race last weekend. The kids will be back soon.

I've got close to 400 a few times but never gone over the edge. But you've been real close with the 397 or whatever it was. Next summer will work just fine.

We start on Wednesday.

I had a plantar wart right on the bottom of my right forefoot. I have been putting some stuff on it so it would go away. The other night I picked the a big chunk out of it on accident. It was bleeding like crazy and has hurt ever since.

You are really running awesome this year, good luck with the transition back into school, and wish me the same. Why in the world do you start school so darn early, do you get more days off or what?

hey dave. your running awesome. it is good to see success come with those 100 mile weeks. the next race that i'm signed up for is SGMarathon but it not really a race for me i just try to hold it together one last time before my winter hybernation. i may run the new half at gunlock but i don't know. i'm kind of burned out.
