On treadmill - started it for a mile at 7:30, then 1 at 7:13, 1 at 6:58, 1 at 6:44, 1 at 6:31.  Felt okay, treadmill does kind of get boring.  I used to be in a grove and would do a lot onger runs on it (during the hot summer, or early morning) but not having ran on it in a while has made me think about it too much and how long it takes to do a workout while going nowhere.

I hear you on the treadmill, last night it was too late and cold by the time I got home, so I did the treadmill thing. Put on some AC/DC, turned on Jeopardy on the T.V. and proceeded with the workout. I did change up the pace and the incline to make things more interesting and actually turned out to be a pretty good workout.
