AM - 5 Washington Loop.  Well I did it!  Up each morning this week.  Next week I'll extend it to 7 milers.  (Cumulus orange 449.45)

afternoon - 8 River Run.  Hadn't done this section of the run in awhile.  Didn't wear my watch, so I had no pressure to run faster than my legs wanted to take me.  Had a new pair of Stratus on which is always nice.  (Stratus red 8)

Nice run last night! What are you talking about, your ahead of me, and I know you will post like 50 something tonight. Are you running with the club Sat? Will you take a look at my Ogden training schedule, ya know, break it down, tell the cold hard truth, even if it makes me cry!

Sure, I'll take a look at it. As always, you are the man.

Good job getting out each morning. It is something I need to work on. I think the Salt Lake Marathon is going to be a great race for you this spring. I need to get signed up for Ogden

Nice job on getting up every morning. I struggle with that, so easy to just hit snooze and sleep in!
