AM - 5 on treadmill at 1%. Warmed up for a mile at 7:30 and then took it to 6:58 for the next 4. Nothing too eventful other then I was able to get up this morning. Track season is hard. But I've GOT to have the resolve to get up in the morning and do my miles and then support it with whatever I can in the afternoons. (Cumulus)

Good Job on the 800s, I feel for you right now, things get busy when you are coaching. I'm not sure if I would like 7th grade or not, I'm also going to apply for that social studies/history job out at Desert Hills. I think there would be a lot of good possibilities out there, (coaching, driver's eduction) If I got a job at there, I would definately look at trying to move over here to St. George
