AM - 6.25 AC/2450.  Maybe should have run a little more this morning since it will be the only run, but last night my hip really acted up and I didn't want to push stuff too much.  Hopefully it will loosen up for a decent run tomorrow.  (Stratus black 598.2)

Not sure what your schedule is but we are going to do 20 or so down the course on Sat... meet at the church at 6:45. But if you could go but needed to go earlier let me know and maybe we could switch and go then so you could join.

Logan talked about needing or wanting to be done in the monring... but I'm not sure. What time will your meet be done and what time would we have to go in the morning to pull it off.

Bus is leaving at 7:00, so it would be pretty early. I don't want to do that to you guys... and if you would rather get done rather than wait till the afternoon, I would totally understand that too. No big deal.

eh... I wouldn't mind the afternoon part but it will be nice to get it done in the morning. I guess we'll have to try again some other time. Good luck at the meet.
