afternoon - 18.5 Toquerville.  Had the bus drop me off at the Toq. exit and ran back to PVHS from there along the frontage road.  The first nine felt very smooth, and I just rolled through at 6:45's.  Then after peaking on the Industrial Road hill, I picked it up to Tinman for the next 5 and hit those right at 6:00 except for the last one up Highland Hill.  Then I tried tried to take it down to 5:45 (UVM pace), but 5:50 was about all I could muster up.  Turned down Dog Pound and tried to use the decline to let me finish up those final 3 tempo miles.  And finished with 1.5 back to school.  Felt pretty good throughout.  need to get 3 or so really good long tempo's like that in with some other shorter tempo stuff and I should do decent at UVM.  Hip didn't bug today, so that was very nice. (Boston 152.5)

Pretty decent week.  Got three tempo sessions in and maintained decent mileage.

Goals for next week:  Keep things moving in a positive direction.  Will be another busy week with BYU meet.

Boston Miles: 18.50
