evening - 15 on Treadmill - not something I would highly recommend unless there is no way out.  This was the case for me.  Needed to run, needed to watch the kids.  The first few miles it seemed like it would never have an end.  Took it at 7:30 for 10 (felt a bit tired and slow).  Dinner was sitting heavy and causing a few issues.  At mile 10, I took about a 5 minute break and got the kids to bed, after teeth/reading/bottle/etc..., then got back on for 5 more at 6:58.  Felt a bit better when I sped up a bit and had an end in sight.  (Glycerin 294.75)

weights in the afternoon.  Usual routine, but took it lighter on weight and only 2 sets instead of 3 so as to not get sore.

I feel your pain on the treadmill. I have to change the pace or grade every mile to keep from stepping off at two miles. Usually I warm up three miles to a decent pace then increase the grade by 1% every mile for three miles then increase the pace by 0.2 mph as I lower the grade. It is Veyo training.

Is region this week? I used to coach with Bob and I alway get a little antsy the first week of May.

Good luck at BYU and beyond. It isn't bad to have a forced break like Region and State. I left Judge when Luke was a freshmen and I'd like to see him run well.

If the boss (Amy) weren't leaving for Canada this weekend I would head down to Provo to watch. You should try to hook up with Sasha for a run.
