AM - 20 Little Black Mtn.x2.  Didn't feel great this morning, in fact more bad than good.  Just had a flat and worn out feel to the whole run.  Hip hurt a bit for a while and I was just tired.  Hopefully a couple weeks of recovery can freshen me up a bit.  Had good conversation and good surroundings, though, so that was nice.  (Landreth orange 674.75)

Week was okay: hit the mileage I wanted and attempted a tempo that was so-so.

Goals for next week:  Ease back the mileage to 80 and sharpen up the saw a bit - a couple tempos, but shorter quicker.

I could tell when you where hanging back with me that you werent feeling good. When you were up with Clyde you looked uncomfortable. The sad thing is even with you running like that i still could barely catch up to you guys.

sounds like a fun run(if i was in shape for a 20). Considering your killer workout last weekend running 5 minute miles for 10 straight miles, and a big mileage week this week, you probably should have felt a little flat. Good luck with your upcoming marathon.

thanks Ryan. Time to get you down here for some workouts.

James, you didn't just hold on... you blew by us!
