AM - 21.1 on Green Valley run.  Ran top to bottom for first time in a while and felt good about it.  Shortened it by cutting up diagonal rather than going over the top and also hitting the skate park instead of going up Main to 700.  Ran was good.  Ave. was 7:21 and that was with slowly getting into it and with no major push.  Took until mile 7 to get a mile under 7:30 and then I just kept a good steady pace both downhill and back uphill (Dogpound).  Pleased with the run and felt it was a very good way to start the week. (Cumulus orange 34.1)

Good run. Thanks for the well wishing. Yeah it was Damon from down here. In fact he's a 2:31 marathoner but a little out of shape right now. If I run with those guys on Tues or Wed's I'll call you and see if you want to join in.

Sweet long run! Are you planning on tapering a little as we move toward the Summer Games?

My sister will be at EFY the first week of XC but I will get her going some more this week.

Holy Batman! where did you get your Cumulus?

From Ruthie on Sat, Jun 09, 2007 at 19:59:44

I'm way excited to try on new unis, maybe next week since we're starting XC up Green and I could try them out or something... then we can actually talk, too. XC 4-Eva.
