AM - 6.25 AC/2450.  Rewarded myself with a little extra sleep this morning.  Hip has been feeling decent.  (Stratus black 682.95)

PV Boys XC has started the year ranked #46 nationally!  Cool stuff - now to back it up.

afternoon - 9 Albino.  Another hot one.  Kind of wished I wasn't running, other than it is fun to run with the team.  8xbarefoot striders and plyos.  (Barefoot '10 113.25)(Triumph 595.25)

Wow, that's quite cool. You've done wonders for that team. I remember when other than Dave Sheeran they were kinda a doormat of Region 9 in XC.
