Life is great when you can run 11 miles and not even think about it!

Your boys are running great. Trevor is a beast to beat all the AF guys. What is up with Austin West? I figured you and Davis would be closer to AF without him racing. I guess that shows why they are #1. I wish someone would post results.

They are slowly coming in (the results) but still have some mistakes.

I actually thought we might be a bit closer to AF also, but they are the real deal. I don't think that anyone in the nation could even touch them if Austin gets healthy again (stress fracture).

Man that is too bad about Austin. If that Derek Day could move up 20 seconds, I agree that no one could beat them. I do think that I few teams like Arcadia are just as good though. Trevor might be the best runner in Utah if Austin can't recover. I didn't think he could beat Clayton, but he proved me wrong.

Wow sounds like the boys raced great this weekend. Good job!
