PM - 5 Washington Loop.  A little worried as stomach was still making waves, but I decided to get out and give it a try.  Felt pretty good leg and breathing-wise, and stomach even stayed under control until I pushed for 2 3 minute sections.  Tried to start getting some high carbs in after run, but the carb drink I got was horrid and about impossible to keep down, and I really didn't feel like eating - so I didn't nearly get as much as I needed.  Got a good night sleep and feeling a little better today (Thurs.).  (Landreth 434.7)

You must have caught the same stomach thing I had. I think I'm better now. Hopefully it's not too late for a delayed carbo-load! See you tomorrow.

Glad you are feeling better. Sorry I missed the girls yesterday! I was way bummed about it. You must be a pretty amazing coach getting the guys in to shape for first place! Especially THOSE guys!

Hope you start feeling better. I'm feeling pretty good and ready to go. I'm still having some hips issues, and I've had a little sore throat, but nothing too bad. I think I'm ready to go. Is anybody running tonight and at what time and where? I know we had also talked some about helping Steve. I'll be in St. George all afternoon with Driver's Ed.

I chatted with Steve last night and he wasn't sure what time he could set up. So, we are just meeting for a run down to the finish and back at 7:00. Unless Steve calls and we will do something different.

Hope you are feeling better. We should all get together for a loosen up the legs run tomorrow for whoever is down there.
