AM - 11 AC/Target.  Hit a little more this morning, but I wish I would have forced myself to get up earlier like I had planned an hit above 15 since I don't think I'll get a longer run in this week and today would have been the perfect time.  However, I am just spent (needing sleep) and needed to rest until my normal wake up time.  A lot on my plate right now with XC still going, Parent Teachers this week, Halloween (which didn't take any time, but made it so I wasn't home), and of course the new Church stuff.  Busy.... (Hyper Speed 84.25)

afternoon - 11.5 Grass.  Warmed up and cooled with DI.  Did the workout with the boys today of 800,1000,1200,1200,1000,800 and 3x400 all on the grass.  Felt pretty decent and hanged in there okay.  Happy to see the progress of some of the younger guys.  Girls are doing very well too.  Finished up with Molly's Mile.  (Last Ohana 239)

Are you Bishop Holt now?

First Counselor - what the heck? Am I really that old? I can't ask "am I really that good?" because we already know the answer to that!

Dang. You might have to find a better group of running partners now:)
