morning - 18.2 Kayenta from SCHS w/ Clyde.  A god solid run.  Temps are the most amazing things in the world.  It would be heresy to miss running outside on a day like this.  Run went well, wasn't bugged by anything too much and it actually ended up being my best ave. since the SGM at 7:10.  After finishing, watched the end of the SC 1/2.  (Cumulus gold 43.9)

Went was solid.  Was able to take it over 100 even with letting myself sleep in one morning.  Had a very good interval workout back on Tuesday.  And legs may be coming back.

Goals for next week:  Again be over 100 (I pretty much just want to finish the year there 100-115).  Be positive in all aspects of life.

Holt, you are nuts, that's all I have to say. 105 miles a month after the marathon...sheesh...maybe someday I can do that! Legs of steel. Glad it was a nice day down there...I think we are fast running out of nice days here.

whats funny is that right as you start get your legs back more speed comes right up. But in case you havent looked at my blog im having troubles with my right achilies tendon. I can walk and jump but the second i extend my leg to run it sends a sharp pain through the tendon. I have iced twice today 20 min. Any other suggestions??

Austin, how old are your shoes? One of the first signs for me are little injuries. But it might have also been speed workout and quick increase back in mileage. Ice, ibo, and wintercrest.

Thanks Coach! I was going to register but found out it would cost me 45 bucks. I can't afford that!

I hear you Josh. Without Steve, there is NO WAY I could do all that I attempt to do with running.
