AM - 5 Washington Loop reverse. Made it out of bed and ran slowly around town. With about a mile left I realized how slow I was going and picked it up a little - very little. Knee felt pretty decent today after 48 hours rest. (Cumulus red 385.15)

afternoon - 8 River Trail Loop, but stuck to the road as they are rebuilding the trail, and then came up Mall Drive.  Run was the best I've had since my knee started hurting.  With no effort at all, the whole run was under 7:00 and a couple downhill miles were at 6:00.  Pain was very minimal and only occasionally.   (Stratus 35)

Then  weights (very light on the leg lifts) and 2 miles cool down. (Landreth 454.7)

Are you staying in town for Thanksgiving or taking off? I am coming down Tuesday night and would like to run with you guys a couple of times over the break.

I am headed up to SLC - I think Clyde is going to Torrey. Steve is headed out of town as well.

Hey I was reading on MarcieJ's blog that Baggs is your neighbor. I graduated with Baggs and have seen him at a couple of races over the last couple of years. Say hi to him for me and tell him he needs to join the blog. Oh by the way my name is Jeff Chatterton. I also understand you teach and coach at my alma mater Pine View. Go Panthers!! (not sure what happened at state football??) I still see Rick Palmer once in a while when the Panthers come to Vegas to play. Happy running.

I'll be home for Saturday morning's run. Who ever is going to be in town that day we should all get together. Dave are you going to be back? How do you like the Stratus? I have a pair ordered. Hopefully they will work side by side with the Cumulus.

rdrunner (Jeff), I'll tell Baggs hi. Do you have a younger sister - Marci? I might be off on her name, but I went to school with a Chatterton.

Clyde, I really enjoy the Startus, so far. I have only used them on three or four runs, and nothing long. But so far, so good.

I won't be back until Sunday.

From Jeff on Mon, Nov 19, 2007 at 16:12:44

My younger sister is Jennifer and she is married to Ira McArthur, they still live in St. Goerge. She graduated in 1991 from Pine View.

From Dave Holt on Mon, Nov 19, 2007 at 16:56:10

I'll have to ask my sister if she know them (she graduated in 91 as well).

I just realized the person I was thinking of had the last name of Chadburn not Chatterton - sorry.
