AM - 6 2xAC.  Back to the ol' grind this morning.  I feel a bit worn out of running - not because of my own running, but being worn down with track.  So I need to get some excitement going again.  (Triumph 718.75)

afternoon - 9 Parkway.  Good easy run with some of the team and Molly's Mile before Ally's b-day.  (Triumph silver 534.8)

How's that ankle feeling this morning?

From Holt on Mon, Mar 28, 2011 at 13:34:14 from 204.113.55.41

It actually felt great; it was happy to be moving - but strangely (after a long weekend) my hip was not.

How 'bout you after the race?

Do you have any idea of Saturday plans for us?

From Logan Fielding on Mon, Mar 28, 2011 at 19:37:43 from 205.126.94.148

Lets plan on Saturday for the St. George Half run. I like that idea. Just let me know what time.

I feel pretty good. I went out and did 8 in the morning and felt fine, but my L. knee is acting up for some reason. Other than that - I'm fine.

SG Half sounds good to me. What time do you guys want to start?
