AM - 10 Clyde's.  Not too shabby of a run.  Just out with the boys getting it done.  (Rocket 323.25)

afternoon - 17 Grass/2xDI.  A weird and bothersome afternoon drove me out of the door during my prep and the assembly to get 10 on the grass.  The back of my left knee was really giving me a few issues during this part of the run.  It started hurting pretty bad during the 50 miler and has just kind of acted up since.  But it was great to get out on the nice and soft, green grass, despite having to run many laps.  Then I ran the warm up and cool with the team and on home and Molly's.  Leg felt better later in the run, but it still has a bit up tightness and pain.  (Barefoot '12 27)(Hyper Speed 199)

I'm ditching 4th period next time you go.

just another typical 17 mile afternoon run!

Mike I'll write you a hall pass. Unless 4th period is lunch, you might as well just get the miles in :-)

shoot... Mike if you want let's just ditch class tomorrow - both of your races are Saturday (for some stupid Hurricane HS based reason); so let's just go!
